Solution

The correct option is A 4.95 MeV
The binding energy of C12,

B.EC12=A×B.EA

B.EC12=12×7.68

B.EC12=92.16 MeV

The binding energy of C13,

B.EC13=A×B.EA

B.EC13=13×7.47

B.EC13=97.11 MeV

Removal of neutron from C13 results in C12

So, The energy required to remove a neutron from C13

ΔE=B.EC13B.EC12

ΔE=97.1192.16=4.95 MeV

Hence, option (A) is correct.
