Rs. $10,800$

Let the length of the hall be $5xm$ and breadth be $3xm$.
Then $2(5x+3x)=64\Rightarrow 16x=4\Rightarrow x=4$
Area of the floor $=5xm\times 3xm=15x^{2}m$
$=15\times 4\times 4=240$ sq metre.
$\therefore$ Cost of flooring $=$ Rs. $(45\times 240)=$ Rs. $10800$
