The correct option is C 0.04 V
When the plane of coil is perpendicular to the magnetic field, the angle between area A and field B is 0.

The flux linked with coil,
ϕ1=NBAcos0=NBA

When the coil is turned through 180, the flux linked,
ϕ2=NBAcos(180)=NBA

Change in flux Δϕ=ϕ2ϕ1=2NBA

The magnitude of induced emf is,

E=ΔϕΔt=2NBAΔt

E=2×1000×0.4×104×500×1040.1

E=0.04 V

Hence, option (C) is the correct answer.
