The correct option is C 1:5
Jug = 2 L
Glass = 400 mL
We can’t take the ratio of the two because they are not in the same units.
Converting 2L in mL
We know 1 L = 1000 mL
Jug = 2L = 2 x 1000 = 2000 mL
Now taking ratio of Glass to Jug =
400 / 2000 = 1 : 5
