The correct option is D 1.6×104 V/m
Given, C=200 pF, k=2.8 and V=20 V

As we know, electric field in the region between the plate is given by
E=Vd .......(1)
and capacitance of a capacitor with dielectric is given by C=kε0Ad
d=kε0AC

Substituting the value of d in equation (1) we get,

E=VCkε0A=(20)(200×1012)2.8×8.85×1012×100×104

E=40000.24=1.6×104 V/m
