The correct option is C C>A>D>B
PhCO2H is more acidic than PhOH because PhCO2 has negative charge stabilized by resonance in benzene ring as well as between the CO bonds. In case PhO it is only with the ring. These both are strong acidic than CH2OH and CH2+NH3 due to reason of resonance stabilization. Also, CH2NH3 is more acidic than CH2OH as after the removal of H+,CH2NH2 is more stable than CH2O(owing to absence of any charged).
Hence, the order of acidic strength is: C>A>D>B.
