Required plane is a plane passing through the line of intersection of planes
P1x+2y+3z+1=0
and P2xyz6=0
Its equation: P1+λP2=0
(x+2y+3z+1)+λ(xyz6)=0
(1+λ)x+(2λ)y+(3λ)z+16λ=0
Perpendicular to 2x+y+z+8=0
2(1+λ)+(2λ)+(3λ)=0
λ=34
Required plane is 7x+5y+9z=14

Checking the option shows that (0,1,1) satisfies it.
