Solution

Answer: 19

Partial hydrolysis

XeF6(g)+H2O(l)XeOF4(g)+2HF(l)XeF6(g)+2H2O(l)XeO2F2(g)+4HF(l)

Complete hydrolysis

XeF6(g)+3H2O(l)XeO3(g)+6HF(l)

Each F has 3 lone pair of electrons. So six Fatom give 18 lone pair of electrons. It can be clear from the below structure:

The central Xe atom has one lone pair of electron. So the total number of lone pairs of electrons in compound (A) is 19.
