If a container containing liquid is accelerated with acceleration a, then there will be a difference in the height of liquid between horizontal ends, and the angle subtended by the free surface is given by,

tanθ=ag

Here, a=3.27 ms2, g=9.81 ms2

tanθ=13



x(l2)=13

x=l6=0.5 m

Depth at end A

hA=10.5

hA=0.5 m

Depth at end B

hB=1+0.5

hB=1.5 m

Hence, option (A) is correct.
