We are given, the
Diameter of circle
is d = 16 m.
So, radius = 162=8m.
Now, Area of shaded region
= Area of circle - Area of ABC.
In ABC Height is 8 m
& base is 16 m
Area of Circle = πr2=π(8)2
=64πm2
& Area of ABC=12×b×h
=12×16×8
=64m2
So, Area of shaded region
is =64π64
=64(π1)
=64(3.141)
=64(2.14)
=136.96m2
