Survival of cell without nucleus:

  1. The nucleus possesses DNA, which directs the formation of proteins and enzymes in the cell,
  2. It also controls gene expression and regulates other functions performed by the cell.
  3. It guides the cells to divide. So nucleus is the essential and the most important cell organelle of the body
  4. So, a cell cannot survive without the nucleus. The cell will die in absence of a nucleus.
