The graph of y=sinx is given by

Apply horizontal shift by π to get y=sin(xπ) as shown below

Now, apply the stretch transformation to the above graph, to get y=3sin(xπ) as shown below

Using the vertical shift transformation by 2 units to above function and we will get graph of y=3sin(xπ)+2 as shown below
