Step 1: Recognise the variable

Let the number of rows be $r$

Step 2: Form the equation

We know the total number of tiles she has = 152 and out of the 152 tiles,19 tiles broke.

Therefore, Dalia has only $152 - 19 = 133$ tiles

Each row requires $9 \frac{1}{2}$ tiles $= \frac{19}{2}$ tiles

Thus, we have $\frac{19}{2} \times r = 133 \Rightarrow r = 14$

Hence, option B is correct
