Mass Weight
Mass is the amount of matter present in the object or body. The force with which the earth attracts the object is called the weight of an object.
Mass is a measure of inertia. Weight is a measure of force.
Mass of the body remains the same everywhere in the universe. Weight of the body depends on the local acceleration due to gravity where it is placed.
The mass of the body can not be zero. The weight of a body can be zero.
The S.I. unit of mass is kilogram (kg). The S.I. unit of weight is Newton (N).
