Solution

As we know that the identity:
(a+b)3=a3+3a2b+3ab2+b3.
Take a=2x and b=3y and we get
(2x+3y)3=(2x)3+3(2x)2(3y)+3(2x)(3y)2+(3y)3
=8x3+12x2(3y)+6x(9y2)+27y3
=8x3+36x2y+54xy2+27y3
Hence, (2x+3y)3=8x3+36x2y+54xy2+27y3
