We know, area under velocity-time graph gives displacement.
Hence,
Displacement $(att=1s)=\frac{1}{2}\times 1s\times 1m{s}^{-1}$
$=0.5m$
Displacement $(att=2s)=\frac{1}{2}\times 2s\times 2m{s}^{-1}$
$=2m$
Displacement $(att=3s)=\frac{1}{2}\times 3s\times 3m{s}^{-1}$
$=4.5m$
Displacement $(att=4s)=\frac{1}{2}\times 4s\times 4m{s}^{-1}$
$=8m$
