$0.2 \times 6$

$0.2 \times 6$
$= \frac{2}{10} \times 6$
$= \frac{2 \times 6}{10}$
$= \frac{12}{10}$
$= 1.2$ [Since, decimal point shifted one step towards left]
$∴ 0.2 \times 6$ = $1.2$
