The acceleration at time $t = 1 s$ is,
$a_{1} = \frac{10 - 0}{2 - 1}$
$= 10 m / s^{2}$
At $t = 4 s$ , the velocity is constant. So the acceleration is zero.

$a_{2} = 0$
