Animals like Orangutans, Chimpanzees, Gorillas, Dolphins, Orcas have self -consciousness. They can be self aware and have the ability to experience and feel. Many scientific tests like the mirror test, language tests have proven this.
For example:- Orcas may be more emotionally developed than humans as MRI scans have shown that the brain lobes that deal with emotions are enlarged in orca’s brains.
