Using Kirchoff's law's sign conventions as shown below:
Taking the direction of the loop anticlockwise and starting from battery $V_{1}$ to apply KVL
$V_{1} - I \times R_{3} - V_{3} + V_{2} - I \times R_{2} - I \times R_{1} = 0$
$5 - 1 \times 3 - 5 + V_{2} - 1 \times 8 - I \times 5 = 0$
$5 - 3 - 5 + V_{2} - 8 - 5 = 0$
