Solution

Kekule's structure of benzene:

  • According to Kekule, the six carbon atoms of Benzene from a hexagonal ring by forming alternate single bonds and double bonds.
  • For the Kekule structure, all that is all hydrogen-bonded is also shown in the structure.
  • Given below is the Kekule's structure of Benzene:

Lewi's structure:

  • Lewis structure, also known as the electron dot structure for the atom, is the simplest way to find out how the electrons are being exchanged in a covalent molecule.
  • We know that, between the atoms, each bond is made up of two electrons.
  • So the Kekule's structure is made from the Lews dot structure:

A condensed form of structure:-

  • Condensed formula or condensed structure is a type of system of writing the organic structure.
  • These are generally written in a straight line where there is no presence of any horizontal or vertical bonds.
  • The condensed structure of Benzene is C6H6, as there are 6 carbon atoms and 6 hydrogen atoms in Benzene.

Line-angle structure:-

  • The line structure is derived from a simplified structure of the elements H and C that shows no atoms and also the bonds between Carbon atoms are seen as lines.
  • On each vertice and end of the line structure, it represents the carbon atoms.
  • And the valencies that are unfilled are supposed to be filled by H atoms.
