Definition of Watt-Hour:

A definite amount of electrical energy is measured in Joule, whereas if the use of the electrical energy varies with time, then it is measured in watt-hour. The conversion of watt-hour can be done by converting Watt into Joule per second and hour into second.

The amount of Joules present in one watt-hour can be calculated as,

1watt-hour=1watt×60×60seconds1watt-hour=3600Joules

Thus, there are 3600 Joules in one watt-hour.
