Out of the 5 options given 3 are bacterial diseases (Typhoid, Cholera and Tuberculosis) and two are fungal infections (Ringworm and Candidiasis).

Typhoid:
Salmonella typhi bacteria causes typhoid in human beings. It is transmitted through contaminated food and water.
The common symptoms seen in case of typhoid patients are prolonged high fever, headache, stomachache, constipation, loss of appetite and in severe cases perforation in the intestine and ulcer.
This disease can be diagnosed by a Widal test.

Ringworm:
It is a very common skin infection which can be caused by three different fungi :

The infection initially appears as red patches on the affected areas, then spreads to different areas of the body affecting) scalp, nails, feet, groin and beard).
Transfer occurs from one person to another via contact with skin.

Cholera:
It is a bacterial disease caused by Vibrio cholerae.
This disease is transmitted by contaminated foods and water. It is found in places where there is a lack of sanitation facilities.
Some of the symptoms of cholera are weight loss, nausea, vomiting, bloating in the belly, cramps in the muscles, sometimes blood or mucus in the stool.

Tuberculosis
It is caused by bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
It can cause severe symptoms such as coughing up blood and mucus from lungs that lasts for three weeks or longer, sweating at night, pain in the chest, chills and fever etc. Metabolic diseases such as diabetes can also increase the risk of contracting TB. It can be acquired from close contact with an infected person as it is a contagious airborne disease.
Tests to diagnose the disease include body fluids tests (blood and sputum), skin tests and chest X-rays.

Candidiasis
