RNA:
RNA is used to translate the genetic information DNA into proteins.
RNA is single-stranded.
RNA has a backbone of phosphate and ribose sugar.
The four nitrogen bases found in RNA are adenine, uracil, cytosine, and guanine are found attached to each sugar.
There are different types of RNA in the cell – ribosomal RNA (rRNA), messenger RNA (mRNA), and transfer RNA (tRNA).
