The correct option is C $16 : 24 : 30 : 35$
$\frac{a}{b} = \frac{2}{9} \div \frac{1}{3} = \frac{2}{9} \times \frac{3}{1}, \frac{b}{c} = \frac{2}{7} \div \frac{5}{14} = \frac{2}{7} \times \frac{14}{5} = \frac{4}{5}$

$\frac{d}{c} = \frac{7}{10} \div \frac{3}{5} = \frac{7}{10} \times \frac{5}{3} = \frac{7}{6} \Rightarrow \frac{c}{d} = \frac{6}{7} \Rightarrow a = \frac{2 b}{3}, c = \frac{5 b}{4}, d = \frac{7 c}{6} = \frac{7}{6} \times \frac{5 b}{4} = \frac{35 b}{24}$
