Given : ax=by=cz and b2=ac
To prove : y=2zxz+x
Let ax=by=cz=k
then a=k1x;b=k1y;c=k1z

Since, b2=ac
⎜ ⎜k1y⎟ ⎟2=k1x×k1z

⎜ ⎜k2y⎟ ⎟=k1x+1y
k2y=kx+zxz
On comparing both the sides , we get

2y=x+zxz

y=2zxx+z
Hence, proved .
