The given equations passes through same point.So, they are concurrent lines
∣ ∣ ∣λ2111λ2111λ2∣ ∣ ∣=0
λ63λ22=0
By doing synthetic division we get,
(λ42λ2+1)(λ22)=0
(λ21)2(λ22)=0
λ=±2orλ=±1
But here λ=±1 does not satisfies ,hence λ=2
