$x^{4} - a^{2} x^{2} + 3 x - 6 a; x + a$ is the factor
Put x=-a in the above equation then it should be equal to zero.
$a^{4} - a^{2} (a^{2}) + 3 a - 6 a = 0$
$\Rightarrow a = 0$ .
