The correct option is D 1 cm
Given,
2=0.62 m,1=0.2 m,f=400 Hz

In a resonance tube experiment, if l1 and l2 are the lengths of first and second resonances, then wavelength
λ=2(21)
λ=2(6220)=84 cm
Also, we know that
l1+e=λ4
where e end correction
e=λ4l1
e=84420=1 cm
Pressure node is formed at distance e above the open end.
Thus, option (a) is the correct answer.
