The correct option is C 14 cm
DEA+DEC=180 (Linear pair)

DEA=180123=57

Also, in Δ ADE.

ADE+DAE+DEA=180

ADE=180(80+57)=43

Similarly, in Δ ABC,

ABC+BAC+ACB=180

57+80+ACB=180

ACB=43

So, ΔADEΔACB (by AAA similarly)

AEAB=ADDC1020=12AC

AC=24cm

EC=ACAE

EC=2410=14cm
