We know,

Lateral shift, d =tsin(ir)cosr

From Snells law,

μairsin60=μglasssinr

Substituting the given data we get,

1×sin60=3×sinr
sinr=12r=30

Substituting the values of i and r in lateral shift formula we get,

d =1×sin(6030)cos30

d=13 m

Hence, option (c) is the correct answer.
