Let the breadth be $b$ and thus length will be $b+7$

The perimeter of rectangle $=34cm$

$\Rightarrow 2(l+b)=34$

$\Rightarrow 2(b+7+b)=34$

$\Rightarrow 4b+14=34$

$\Rightarrow 4b=20$

$\Rightarrow b=5$

$\therefore l=12$

now diagonal of rectangle$=\sqrt{l^2+b^2}$

$=13$cm
