This rotation can be divided in two quarter rotations as depicted in below figure,
That is this angle is equals to sum of the angles made by two quarter rotations = ${90}^{\circ }+{90}^{\circ }={180}^{\circ }$




the angle shown in above figure is equivalent to the sum of two ${180}^{\circ }$ as depicted in below figure,
Therefore the angle depicted in given figure = ${180}^{\circ }+{180}^{\circ }={360}^{\circ }$
