The correct option is D x=28
Given,
3(3x+1)(x1)=6(x+10)
9x+3x+1=6x+60 ....[By Distribution Law]
8x+4=6x+60.

Transposing x term to one side, we get,

8x6x=604
2x=56
x=28.
