Open in App
Solution

Step: Find the value of x

We have,

4x - 5x + 2x = 28 + 3x

Now, transposing the term 3x to LHS we get,

4x - 5x + 2x - 3x = 28

⇒ - 2x = 28

Now, transposing - 2 to RHS we get,

x = 282

⇒ x = - 14

∴ The value of x = - 14.
