4u+5v=7 (i)

3u+4v=5 (ii)

(i)× 3 & (ii)×4×1 and perform their addition

12u+15v=21
- 12u16v=20

putting v=1 in (ii)
3u+4(1)=5
3u=9
u=3
substituting the values of u and v
x=13 and y=1
