We have,

$x - 3 y - 3 = 0$ …… (1)

$3 x - 9 y - 2 = 0$ …… (2)

Multiply equation (1) by $3$ and we get,

$3 x - 9 y - 3 = 0$ …… (3)

Solving equation (2) and (3) to, we get.

No solution ans.
