The correct option is B x=2,y=3
x+4y=14
x=144y .........(i)
7x3y=5 .........(ii)
Substituting the value of x in equation (ii)
7(144y)3y=5
9828y3y=5
9831y=5
93=31y
y=9331y=3
Now substituting value of y in equation (ii)
7x3(3)=5
7x3(3)=5
7x=14
x=147=2
So solution is x = 2 and y = 3
