Given that,

$y = {log}_{10} (10 - 10^{x})$

Now,

$y = {log}_{10} (10 - 10^{x})$

$10^{y} = 10 - 10^{x}$

$10^{x} + 10^{y} = 10$

$\frac{10^{x} + 10^{y}}{10} = 1$

$10^{x + 1} + 10^{y + 1} = 1$

Hence, this is the answer.
