The correct option is (d) $9 x^{2} + 16 y^{2} - 24 x y$

Given square of $(3 x - 4 y)$ will be $(3 x - 4 y)^{2}$ .
Now, using the identity $(a - b)^{2} = a^{2} - 2 a b + b^{2}$
$(3 x - 4 y)^{2} = (3 x)^{2} - 2.3 x .4 y + (4 y)^{2}$
$= 9 x^{2} - 24 x y + 16 y^{2}$
