Carbonyl compound in which delocalisation takes place between a >C=O group and an alpha H where the equilibrium lies between a keto form and an enol form is called Keto-enol tautomerism.
The most stable enol is (b) as the double bond is more stable in this form. More substituted alkenes are stable due to hyperconjugation effect. So butan-2-one has this enol in greater proportion than the other two enols. However keto form is more stable than the all enol forms of this compound.
