Since, the three sides of a triangle are a = 56cm, b = 60cm and c = 52 cm.
Then, semi-perimeter of a triangle,
s=a+b+c2=56+60+522=1682=84cm
Area of a triangle =s(sa)(sb)(sc) [by Heron’s formula]
=84(8456)(8460)(8452)
=84×28×24×32
=4×7×3×4×7×4×2×3×4×4×2
=(4)6×(7)2×(3)2
=(4)3×7×3=1344cm2
Hence, the area of triangle is 1344 cm2.
