What are the strong bases?
Bases - Those substances when present in their aqueous form, releases ions or Hydroxide ions are called bases.
Alkali - Those bases which are soluble in water are called alkali.
For example, Potassium Hydroxide (), Sodium Hydroxide ()
On the bases of release of ions they are classified into Weak Bases and Strong Bases.
Strong Bases - The ability of the compounds to remove a proton from a very weak acid or completely dissociate into its ions when present in water are known as Strong bases.
