What is difference between vapour and steam ?

Every type of steam is called as vapour, but every type of vapour is not called as steam.

Steam is the form of a vapour produced when the substance is boiled. But when a substance is kept under normal conditions and if the steams produced are called as vapours. Let's see with an example ;

Water, when water is boiled it produces huge amount of vapour which is known as steam and is hot in nature as it contains energy in it.
