B-cells:

  1. In the bone marrow, B-cells mature and generate antibodies in response to antigens.
  2. The humoral reaction is mediated by B lymphocytes.
  3. B cells create plasma cells and memory B cells as soon as they come into contact with antigens.

T-cells:

  1. T cells develop in the thymus.
  2. T helper cells and T cytotoxic are the two types of T cells.
  3. They're in charge of barring infections from the body.
  4. T-cells cause B-cells to get plasma cells activated in order to get T killer cells activated.

Relationship between B-cells and T-cells

  1. They are lymphocytes.
  2. A role in adaptive immunity is played by them.
