Solution

The fat rich food include beef, pork, milk, avocados cheese and dark chocolates etc. Foods such as avocados and milk contain good amount of fat which are healthy even if consumed in higher qualities.

egg yolks (but not whites) contain vitamins A, D, E and K along with omega-3 fats. Compared to the whites, egg yolks also contain more beneficial folate and vitamin B12. The yolks also contain far more of the nutrient choline than the whites, and all of the antioxidants lutein

Egg white consists primarily of about 90% water into which is dissolved about 10% protiens (including alubumins, and globulins). Unlike the yolk, which is high in lipids (fats), egg white contains almost no fat, and carbohydrates content is less than 1%. Egg whites contain about 56% of the protein in the egg.

Starch, fat and protiens are rarely absent in many of our food products. Almost all our food products contain atleast one of these nutrients. Some fruits and vegetables are said to lack these one or 2 of these nutrients. Like the potato which shows the iodine test proving the presence of starch and many citrus fruits like the lemon or grapefruit which contain high amount of protien but is mostly devoid of starch and fat or the leafy vegetables that are rich in protiens and starch and list goes on. well since these nutrients are major requirements of our body we donot usually consume such food that lack in all three nutrients. Also protien is a very complex and common substance in this world that it is even seen in poisonous fruits.
