Evaluate the following 150÷(-25)

Given,

150÷(-25)=-15025

Prime factorization of 150=2×5×5×3

Prime factorization of 25=5×5

H.C.F of 150 and 25 =5×5=25

Now divide the numerator and denominator of the above fraction by their H.C.F obtained, and we get

150÷(-25)=-150÷2525÷25

=-61

=-6

Thus, 150÷(-25)=-6.
