$150 \div (- 25)$ $= - \frac{150}{25}$
Prime factorization of $150 = 2 \times 5 \times 5 \times 3$
Prime factorization of $25 = 5 \times 5$
H.C.F of $150$ and $25$ $= 5 \times 5 = 25$
Now divide the numerator and denominator of the above fraction by their H.C.F obtained, and we get
$150 \div (- 25)$ $= - \frac{150 \div 25}{25 \div 25}$
$= - \frac{6}{1}$
$= - 6$
Thus, $150 \div (- 25)$ $= - 6$ .
