The deadline to submit the data for Class 9 and Class 11 students has been extended by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Candidates will not have to pay late fee.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the due date for Class 9 and Class 11 students to submit their registration data. The board's website will be open to accepting registration information for CBSE Classes 9 and 11 until October 15, 2022, without any late fee obligations. After considering the feedback from schools, CBSE has decided to extend the deadline for registering online for the academic year 2022–2023.
Students from CBSE-affiliated schools can register for Classes 9 and 11 through the official CBSE website, cbse.nic.in. Schools will have to carefully review the information that students provide, including their names, parents' names, dates of birth, and other details, as once the information is published on the CBSE registration system, it cannot be modified, according to a previous CBSE statement.
Indian Class 9 students will have to pay registration costs of Rs 300, while students from abroad will have to pay Rs 500. Indian Class 11 students will be charged Rs 300 for registration, while international students will be charged Rs 600.In addition, candidates will be allowed to register between October 16 and October 30 by incurring a late fee.
