A new admission portal has been launched for Delhi University UG Admissions 2022 on 12 September 2022. The CSAS (Common Seat Allocation System) 2022 portal will be a single window process for UG admissions. The admissions will be for over 70 undergraduate programmes across 67 departments/colleges/centres.

The programmes also consist of 206 combinations for the BA programme. The online registration process has begun and the deadline for the CSAS 2022 registration is 3 October 2022.

Candidates can visit the official website of Delhi University, du.ac.in to view the detailed information and registration. Candidates have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 250 (General, OBC-NCL, EWS) and Rs 100 (SC/ST/PwBD) at the time of registration.

For the first time, DU has announced the admissions into its different undergraduate programmes through the CUET UG exam. The CSAS 2022 will be conducted in three phases, the first phase will consist of online registration, the second phase will be choice filling and the third phase will be the allotment and admission process.

In case, the candidates fail to register for CSAS 2022 for the first time, they can apply through the mid-entry scheme by paying fees of Rs 1000. However candidates won’t be allowed to take admissions into (BA, BA Hons) Music, BSc Physical Education, Health Education & Sports), ECA and Sports Supernumerary quota in this scheme.

Important advice to be noted by the candidates

Some of the important advice given by the Delhi University officials for the candidates are as follows:
  1. Candidates must fill in their details carefully, as they will not get any second chance to make any changes.
  2. Candidates must take utmost care while entering their class 12 marks as these marks will be considered in the tie-breaking for merit list preparation.
  3. The documents submitted by the candidate shall be valid and must be submitted in the prescribed format.
