TIET 2022, B.Tech applications last date today, counseling schedule released

TIET B.Tech application's last date is 28 July 2022, with counseling scheduled on 3 August 2022.TIET 2022 The Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET) has announced that the TIET counseling 2022 will start on 3 August 2022. The last date for applying for B.Tech programs is 28 July 2022. Candidates who will apply on 28 July 2022 are also eligible for counseling. Candidates who wish to apply for the B.Tech programs can visit the official website of TIET, thapar.edu.

Steps to fill up the TIET B.Tech application form

  1. Go to the official website of TIET, thapar.edu.
  2. Click on the apply now link below the B.Tech applications.
  3. You will be directed to the new tab, where you have to fill up the required details such as name, email address, mobile number, type of program you wish to apply to, etc.
  4. Then click on register.
  5. The login credentials will be mailed to you, log in with your credentials by clicking on the existing user/login tab on the same page where you registered earlier.
  6. Follow the instructions and book your counseling session.

Some important instructions regarding TIET counseling 2022

  1. Candidates with a 10+2 merit score and valid JEE Main score are eligible for counseling.
  2. 1st round of counseling will be in online mode, no need to be physically present in the TIET college campus.
  3. Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to pay a requisite fee by 10 August 2022.
  4. Candidates who have appeared for JEE Main session 2 exam are also eligible to appear for counseling. However, fees have to be paid after they submit their JEE Main session 2 results.
  5. The new applications for B.Tech admissions will start from 4 August 2022 onwards.
  6. The allotment of seats to the relevant candidates is provisional, the final confirmation of admission will be confirmed once the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria, which will be checked during the document verification.
